This  activity provides an evidence-based review of the impact of SDOH on rural populations, including current national trends in access to care, socioeconomic barriers, transportation limitations, and availability of community resources. Content will explore how these SDOH factors contribute to higher chronic disease burden, delayed care, and health disparities in rural settings.
