Professor Howden specializes in medical surgical nursing and advanced practice nursing in the primary care setting. She has instructed courses in both the undergraduate and graduate level. Her expertise is informed by an active clinical practice at the Agape Clinic Dallas as well as her background in intensive care nursing.
